a month agoI enjoy the food it is delicious however at times the shrimp can be a overcooked and not deveined. But overall it's delicious. Service is great at times but sometimes waitresses seem to disappear and lack service. My biggest complaint is that you need to CHECK YOUR RECEIPT they have a posting that they add a 15% charge or tip for parties of 5 or more but they actually add it your bill no matter the number of people in your party. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS they love to DOUBLE CHARGE TIPS!!!

2 months ago👎🏻Terrible customer service—you actually have to get up from your table just to order something extra or get drinks. I have never been to a place with such bad service—good grief! 🆘Not to mention that you order one thing and they bring you something else; plus, the waitresses turn their backs on the customers while the customers have to wave frantically just to get served. This place is absolutely crazy—the service is just that bad.

3 months agoAs someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for years, I know that professional service is earned, not forced. My experience at Rockin' Craft was unacceptable. When I received my bill, I was shocked to find a $65 automatic gratuity added without my consent. I simply asked the staff to remove it from the ticket so that I could tip them in cash based on the service provided. This is a standard and fair request, yet the staff falsely claimed their system 'didn't allow it,' effectively forcing me to pay a tip on their terms. To make matters worse, instead of addressing my request, a staff member had the audacity to mock me personally, saying, 'I don’t know why you come here if you don’t have money.' Let me be clear: I never refused to tip. I simply wanted to exercise my right as a customer to tip in cash for the service I received. Forcing a high gratuity on a customer and then insulting them is not hospitality; it is predatory and unprofessional. I strongly advise diners to avoid this place if you value transparency and respect.

3 months agoJust came at 9pm for them to tell me it’s only takeout lol , because they have been slow. If it was my buisness I would’ve be like cmon in it’s slow sit down. Didn’t end up get anything . N I love rocking crab their food is amazing. But just for us to leave and they just sit around on their phones. They just don’t wanna work 1 hour before closing time lol.

7 months agoBest bang for your buck thats for sure! This was our 2nd time visiting. On our first visit with came with some friends that invited us. We couldn't belive the price. So we had to come back. This visiting did. Ot disappoint except the drinks. Let me explain ... We immediately got sat, had our drinks ordered. 5 minutes later our fountain drinks arrived. Ordered our food and 20 minutes later it came. Freshly made and cooked. The mixed combo was good with catfish shrimp and hush puppy's with cajin fries. So so good. The combo 2 well my wife loved it she got it mild. They even bring butter out with it. I dont like seafood as much as my wife(she loves it) she ate her combo and I ate the mixed basket. Now the drinks im sure they are running out of co2 or the machine is faulty. It wasn't a big deal but our drinks were flat. Regardless the food and service was good! And we paid about 65 to feed 4 people. One other thing , they could add boiled eggs to the sea food 😋 but its not available. But Like I said best bang for your buck seafood spot.

7 months agoI had been wanting to go here for a while now. Everyone says it’s the best for crab boil. It was very delicious. Got the combination sauce of 3. Ordered combo #1. Service could be way better but food made up for service. Also ordered fried fish basket. Total was under $50 I believe.

7 months agoI have been coming to this restaurant for years. The food is always excellent. Ever since the 15% tip is automatically added on your ticket the service sucks. I had to get up to get my daughter a refill on her Coke and my friend another beer. The waitress was sitting at another table on her cell phone.

2 years agoThis was some really yummy crab boil! I got shrimp and crab. Very tasty and decent pricing. The atmosphere is nothing special but they have some big tables for parties and I much rather the food be good than the atmosphere lol. Service was decent. Would definitely come back! Oysters were ok. They only have Gulf coast.
